3. Complete onboarding with our team (setup, integrations, training)

Aelira Core includes documented workflows for PDF, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and other formats. Processing depth and eligible fixes vary by format; review the document evidence page and test representative files.

Accuracy varies by file and issue type. Supported partial fixes need human review before publication; automated findings and generated output do not establish WCAG 2.1 AA conformance.

Connector maturity varies. Review the documented status before planning a deployment:

• Canvas: maintainer-reported integration testing; validate your complete workflow
• Brightspace: beta; Blackboard and Moodle: experimental
• Google Workspace and Microsoft 365: connector code available; current acceptance checks required
• Other connectors and custom API work: feasibility and scope agreed separately in writing

Integration support and acceptance criteria are set in the applicable service agreement.

Aelira identifies issues and offers partial fixes for supported content. Saved output needs human review, and scan scores do not establish WCAG or PDF/UA conformance. SOC 2 certification and an independent security assessment have not been established here; request current evidence and review deployment controls.

Refund, cancellation, and renewal terms are stated in the applicable checkout terms or institutional order form. A bounded pilot has no production commitment unless both parties sign a continuation order.
