LTI 1.3 (Learning Tools Interoperability) is the industry standard for LMS integration. Your IT admin installs Aelira as an external tool in Canvas/Blackboard. Faculty can then scan course materials directly within the LMS, see compliance scores, and get issues fixed without leaving their familiar environment.
Integrations use OAuth 2.0 rather than collecting your platform password, and access can be revoked. Storage, retention, encryption, subprocessors, and deletion depend on the selected deployment and are documented during onboarding. Institution-controlled self-hosting is available when content must remain on approved infrastructure.
