A department is any organizational unit that wants its own Aelira workspace. This could be an academic department, a school within a university, or any team that manages their own accessibility compliance separately.

The recurring price covers the allowance and service scope in your order form. Processing expansion, additional storage, implementation, taxes, and third-party services are disclosed separately. Aelira uses pre-purchased Processing Unit blocks or expressly approved metered overage, never surprise billing.

Yes. Start with a bounded department pilot, then quote expansion after workload sizing. Any multi-department pricing must pass Aelira's margin and capacity review.

A bounded six-week pilot may be offered under a written scope. Production pricing, processing allowances, infrastructure work, and any continuation are agreed separately.

We accept credit cards, ACH/bank transfer, and purchase orders for institutions. Annual contracts can be invoiced according to your fiscal year.
