We're looking for departments that will get the most value from Aelira
Heavy LaTeX usage? We remediate native LaTeX source directly, rare among EDU tools. Math, Physics, Chemistry, Computer Science, Engineering departments are perfect candidates.
25-100 faculty members is ideal. Large enough to see real impact, small enough for effective rollout and feedback collection.
Thousands of PDFs, PowerPoints, and scanned documents? Our bulk processing shines with large content libraries.
Facing the April 2027 deadline? Recent accessibility complaints? Proactive departments get priority pilot spots.
Only 10 spots available. We review each application personally.
The six-week evaluation has no Aelira software charge. We confirm the inference route and bounded corpus at kickoff. If existing institution infrastructure is suitable, we use it; optional hardware, infrastructure design, or Aelira-hosted capacity is separately disclosed and approved. A production subscription is not automatic.
The pilot can use an approved institution-controlled host, an institution cloud account, or a disclosed Aelira-hosted route. Restricted content is not silently sent to a proprietary API or a different region. The kickoff record identifies the model, provider, region, retention, logging, and permitted data classes.
Yes, where your institution requires it. Cloud integrations and LTI normally require institution authorization, and every inference route needs the relevant security, privacy, and infrastructure owner. We provide the architecture, data flow, subprocessor, retention, and deployment evidence needed for review.
After six weeks, you can: (1) move to a separately priced production offer if the evidence passes, (2) self-host the open-source platform on your own servers for free, (3) extend a narrowly defined technical gap, or (4) stop without a production subscription. We provide the agreed results and export.
We're a small team and want to give each pilot participant dedicated attention. With only 10 spots, we can provide weekly check-in calls, fast support response, and actually implement your feedback. Quality over quantity.
