The 6-week pilot is completely free. You just need to provide your own AI API key (Gemini or OpenAI) for the AI-powered features—typical cost is $5-50/month depending on usage. After the pilot, you can continue at 50% off for your first year, or cancel with no obligation.
Aelira uses AI for features like alt-text generation and document analysis. Pilot participants provide their own Gemini or OpenAI API key—your IT department likely already has one, or you can get one from Google AI Studio in minutes. This keeps the pilot free for you and sustainable for us as a bootstrapped company.
For cloud integrations (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Canvas), you'll need IT to authorize the OAuth connection. For the AI API key, your IT department can provision a Gemini or OpenAI key for the department. We provide documentation to help with IT security reviews.
